Ithaca Coatings, Inc., an Aquence™/Autophoretic® 800 series metal coating company, was established in 1994 with the philosophy of providing its customers with high quality products in a short turn around time.  Ithaca Coatings provides services for various companies including automotive, office furniture, garden tractor and other miscellaneous metal industries.

Aquence™/Autophoretic® coating is an alternative process to e-coating and powder coating.  Aquence™/Autophoretic® is a waterborne process that cleans, rinses and paints individual and assembled parts.  Aquence™/Autophoretic® is a simpler, more efficient process that uniformly coats the metal parts while being environmentally friendly.  The parts to be painted can be various sizes and shapes and can be painted inside and out.

Ithaca Coatings is staffed with a full time Quality Department.  Our certified lab technicians check daily film builds and adhesion on each shift.  Ithaca Coatings runs two eight-hour shifts with the option of a third shift.  Ithaca Coating's Shipping and Receiving Department is open Monday though Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
